Surveyor Opportunities

Metropolis Surveying Services cover the majority of postcodes within England and Wales, providing Residential Survey and Valuation Services on behalf of Panel Managers, Lenders and Brokers in the First and Second Charge market. However, we currently require additional Surveyors to meet the growing demand for our services.

It is a demanding but rewarding career, which allows flexibility to carry out work around your own personal schedule. We will provide all the support and back up you need to ensure you meet the tight deadlines demanded by our Business Partners.

If you are experienced in Residential Survey and Valuation work, are AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified, hold a current VRS licence and would like to learn more about how Metropolis can give you a work life balance, please call. In addition if you are already operating your own business and are finding the PII market challenging with renewals, you will operate under our policy for any work that you carry out on our behalf. If you are considering setting up on your own, have the clients but are concerned about PII, we may have a solution that works for you.
