As businesses and as business leaders, and in fact a global community, we are suddenly working in unprecedented times with the Virus that is dominating every news channel, social media and daily conversations, and it is certainly an ever changing landscape.
That said, as a business our ethos is always to deliver the best possible service to our clients, lenders, brokers, and individuals, and I wanted to assure everyone we work with that we will and are, remaining “business as usual” for the foreseeable future.
We still have a team of surveyors who are out there nationally, going about the job, ensuring that we do what we do best, and deliver a quality of service to all.
We are taking every precaution to protect the valuers and the public, alongside our internal staff, and we have to ask more questions, but this is always with the objective of getting the job done.
We may be a little fragmented as part of our strategy is to test and utilise our established Continuity Plan, albeit evolving daily, and some of the team are remote working, but it is working well with no interruption of service.
We are constantly in touch with our staff, surveyors, and of course the panel managers and clients, and that is to ensure we have full 360 degree communication as a business.
At this time, it would be prudent to thank everyone for their support and to let you that we are doing everything we can to function as normal.
It is encouraging as a nation and as an industry, that there is a spirit to work together and collectively we can and will get through this period, and come out with stronger and more robust relationships than ever before.
