Why Metropolis?

We have been providing valuations for the Lender and broker community for 20 years, with one simple goal in mind - to deliver quality and safety to all our clients. Our specialisms are in Residential Valuations for all types of lending including working with High Street Lenders, Second Charge Lenders and Bridging lenders. We provide support to all the major Panel managers as well as lenders directly, as well as working with all the Master Brokers in the Second Charge and Bridging sectors. We are fully covered by our own PII Policy and all our surveyors work under that policy, underpinning our drive to deliver quality reports within expected SLAs. We are ISO 9001 accredited and provide extensive training and guidance to our surveyors from the outset, ensuring they are up to date with all the current risks and guidance.

What We Do

At Metropolis we are able to offer a full range of Residential Valuation & Survey Reports, including a simple Valuation Inspection, a more comprehensive Homebuyers Report, through to a Full Building Survey. Metropolis are now able to offer a professional desktop service. This ranges from an enhanced Automated Valuation, to a Desktop Valuation, and if necessary a full valuation can be carried out. All these types of valuations are carried out by a qualified Chartered Surveyor, and are fully covered by our Professional Indemnity Insurance. This is suitable for all types of residential lending purposes. ** Not all properties and loan types are suitable for an advanced AVM or Desktop Valuation, and a full inspection may be required.
